After watching the ted talk, I noticed that here the speaker Dan Buettner has talked about the universal lifestyle behaviours and he did such because he found that those lifestyles can promote longevity but it was very hard to adopt these methods in the United States. He pointed out the factors behind the difficulty in adopting the universal lifestyles.
